David Allan Pesso Designs Dayton Occasional Table Program
Clean, Minimalist, and Modern Series for Commercial and Institutional Spaces

| Scottsdale, AZ - January 29, 2024 | David Allan Pesso, founder of the newly relaunched New Studio brand and acclaimed industrial designer, introduces the Dayton occasional table series now available through Plural Studios. Designed to be highly functional, the Dayton series is composed of a selection of interchangeable frames and table tops inspired by mathematical lines and plains.

"With two wire frames, an end table and a cocktail, and eight different sizes and shape tops available in Plural’s standard material palette we create a platform of 24 occasional tables. By selecting the finishes for top surfaces, from the palette of powder-coated colors on the wireframe, and from the variety of tabletop scales and shapes, designers are able to customize to their space needs," said Pesso. He adds, “I think that's going to catch people's imagination and eye— it's a very elegant and refined series.”

Working within Plural Studio’s request for a high-design and cost-conscious table program, which required a minimal number of unique components, Pesso designed Dayton to bring a minimalist residential feel into commercial and institutional spaces. Suitable for high-use interiors, including healthcare, corporate, and hospitality, the surfaces are easily cleanable. Keeping practicality in mind, the series is lightweight and easily pulled up for use as an impromptu work surface or rearranged into clusters.

"Plural supports human beings being human– wherever they work, wait, or wonder," said Anthony Brandt, Plural Studio's Partner and CEO. “David Allan Pesso understood our brand and objective as a company perfectly to create a truly versatile collection with the Dayton series."
