| New York, NY - May 29, 2019 | Industrial designer and New Studio founder David Allan Pesso has created the Flux collection of workspace furnishings with JSI, and will be showing all components together for the first time at NeoCon 2019. The line encompasses three distinct elements that can be mixed and matched together: Flux Open Plan, Locker Storage and Adaptable Casegoods offer minimal and light-weight design with near endless combinations of adjustable-height individual and collaborative working stations, storage, privacy and acoustic elements, and customizable work-surface accessories.

“The linear, geometric approach is a true expression of Frank Lloyd Wright’s ‘Prairie Style’ aesthetic; the design is purposeful and has a quasi-residential feel,” said Pesso.

Ideal for private offices as well as open work environments, the flexibility of the Flux Open Plan addresses modern work styles where table-based layouts and unobtrusive storage are a priority. It encompasses 585 SKU’s including storage towers with and without legs; a range of fixed- and adjustable-height benches and workstations; integrated power and technology and wire management; and proprietary edge-mounted acoustical privacy hoods and power units, all enabling transformation without compromising aesthetics.

Flux Locker Storage offers storage lockers with common tops and integrated work surfaces, and a range of height, lock, and pull options.

Flux Adaptable Casegoods, which were introduced in 2018, are an expansive range of modular and height-adjustable components comprised of more than 4,000 SKU’s—ranging from traditional cases to airy, floating pieces—so designers can meet the needs of existing conventional offices and new-build layouts of any size. In addition to traditional veneer, the collection offers expanded laminate finishes including low sheen, modern gray neutrals, and raw wood.

“David is more than a design resource for JSI; he is a true partner, locked into the success of any product that we bring to life together,” said Ashley Sendelweck, VP Marketing Jasper Group, which manages the JSI Brand. “His attention to every detail and working knowledge of our manufacturing and engineering process is a huge benefit to the overall development cycle, and the Flux collection has filled a significant need in the industry for beautiful, adaptable, and functional office furniture.”
