Lusive Decor Names Jonathan Shepard as Vice President of Sales, Tapping 20 Years of Design and Sales Leadership

| New York, NY - November 19, 2025 |  Lusive Decor, the award-winning manufacturer of high-end lighting and architectural metalwork, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Shepard as its new Vice President of Sales. Shepard brings two decades of experience in the design community, marked by a unique perspective informed by leadership roles on both the client and manufacturer sides of the industry.

Shepard’s appointment is a strategic move to accelerate Lusive Decor's growth across the high-end design sectors. Prior to joining Lusive, he spent eight years in national sales and marketing management at a respected lighting manufacturer, where he was responsible for developing client relationships and driving market expansion. Shepard’s expertise spans the most demanding segments of the market, including high-end residential, commercial, and luxury hospitality projects.
