New York, NY - November 1, 2018 | Fil Doux Textiles will be showing at Boutique Design New York 2018, a leading trade fair for the hospitality & leisure design industry, from November 11 - 12 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. At the show, the company will add to their line of works by premier designers, The Collective, with the addition of an exclusive bag by  New York-based interior design firm, Krause Sawyer, available at their booth (#1257). The collaborative design explores the line between industrial and organic with an elegant, subdued color palette, created by layering the fading lines of a sidewalk over a grainy sand dune dappled with shadows.

“Our collections and booth at BDNY will be focused on a fresh outlook on both the world around us and how our green materials impact it the least,” says CEO Leo Novik. “Fil Doux Textiles has always been focused on keeping our planet healthy with forward-thinking designs.”

Fil Doux Textiles also announces their IMO Certification, debuts their Coast to Coast Collection of upholstery fabrics and contract leather offerings under Crest Leather by Fil Doux Textiles, and previews their newest line of deeply embossed Vinylife™, Vinylife Impact, at the show. The Coast to Coast Collection is inspired by treasured destinations around the world, and consists of 12 vibrant woven textile patterns and digital prints. Vinylife Impact adds ten deeply textured patterns to the company’s industry leading enhanced biodegradable vinyl line, Vinylife. The collection utilizes a new air-extracting technology that pulls the vinyl into place and allows for pre-emboss stain-resistance application and a more durable final product.

Fil Doux Textiles' custom designed booth will continue the company’s partnership with Garden on the Wall by featuring a green panel on one side, and an inviting coffee lounge setup on the other. Celebrating their proprietary Vinylife material, the lounge side will have a comfortable tufted couch supplied by Marquis Furniture and upholstered with vinyl from Fil Doux Textiles’ Arte collection, with pillows in a bold striped pattern from the Coast to Coast collection. The couch will be complemented by a coffee table from Uhuru Design. The company’s executives Leo Novik and Robert Pullen, as well as their Creative Director Audrey Pincus, will be attending the show.
